Every plan includes full ONC-certified functionality — the API, patient data access, and EHI export are identical on every tier. Higher tiers add commercial features (SSO/SCIM, white-labeling, more concurrent test environments), never more compliance.

Revenue cycle management
Full claims RCM — charge capture, submission, ERA posting, denial management, AR/aging — priced separately as 3–9% of collections on top of any subscription tier. Built on a clearinghouse-agnostic claims layer, not locked to a single partner.
Self-migration tooling
Purpose-built importers for Tebra/Kareo, DrChrono, and ModMed, plus a generic standards-based path for everything else — included on every tier, at no extra charge, because we don't think leaving your last vendor should have a price tag.
Figures above reflect our current planned pricing structure and may be refined before general availability. RCM's percentage range depends on claim volume and payer mix. Nothing that is part of our ONC certification scope is ever priced or gated differently by tier — see Security & certification for what that covers.
